  • Definition and Execution of Global Balanced IT Scorecard - Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Performance Management on Cost/Quality/Key Risks, based on industry benchmarks. 

  • Development and implementation of processes and systems for IT Service Performance Management, Global IT Service Catalog, Business Continuity Mgmt/Recovery Planning, incl. vendor management / outsourced services.

  • Implementation of IT Product Portfolio Mgmt concept, covering Global IT Product Catalog, IT Product Cost Reporting and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).

  • Delivery of Global IT Service Reporting, both from an availability/performance as well as a financial perspective.
  • Cost allocation & reporting for large companies, incl. Actuals Allocations, Allocations Control, Allocations Reporting, Budgeting&Planning.
  • Delivery Management responsibility for IT infrastructure projects. Lead of Delivery Management organization with dozens of project managers with a track record of infrastructure implementations.
